ISRM Professionals Recognised Among 2026 Global Security & Life Safety Thought Leaders

We are delighted to congratulate our KSA Chapter Chair, Dr Fayadh Alenezi, on two recent recognitions that reflect his ongoing commitment to advancing conversations around risk, governance and resilience.

Recently recognised by Favikon as #4 in Saudi Arabia and #31 globally among LinkedIn creators in the Corporate Governance Advisors category, he has also been named among the 2026 Top 40 Global Thought Leaders in the Security & Life Safety profession by LifeSafetyAlliance.org — becoming the first Saudi professional to receive this recognition.

These achievements reflect a wider commitment to advancing the understanding and practice of risk. Through his work across academia, professional education, consulting and leadership, Fayadh continues to promote the importance of knowledge-sharing, stronger risk cultures and better decision-making in complex environments.

Recognition of this kind highlights not only individual achievement, but also the growing importance of risk, governance and resilience conversations across industries and communities.

At ISRM, we are proud to see our Chapter Chairs and members contributing their expertise and experience to the global risk profession. Alongside Fayadh, several other ISRM Fellows have also been recognised among the 2026 Top 40 Global Thought Leaders, including Garry Bergin F.ISRM, ISRM Ireland Chapter Chair, Farah Benis F.ISRM; Michael Gips F.ISRM, Matthew Porcelli F.ISRM, Dr Gavriel Schneider F.ISRM, ISRM ANZ Hub President and Christopher Stitt F.ISRM.

We congratulate Fayadh and all recognised ISRM Fellows on these achievements and thank them for their continued commitment to advancing strategic risk management and supporting the wider ISRM community.
