The Ukrainian Chapter will host its first professional development webinar focused on the planning, design, facilitation, and evaluation of Tabletop Exercises.
Tabletop Exercises are one of the most effective ways to test crisis management plans, strengthen decision-making, and improve coordination between teams, departments, and external stakeholders. However, many organisations still struggle to design exercises that are realistic, structured, and capable of producing meaningful learning outcomes.
This webinar will provide participants with practical guidance on how to develop and deliver effective Tabletop Exercises, from simple scenario-based discussions to more complex multi-agency or organisational crisis simulations. It will explore the key stages of the TTX process, including defining objectives, building scenarios, preparing injects, facilitating discussion, capturing observations, and developing actionable recommendations.
Drawing on international experience in crisis management training and exercising, the session will introduce proven frameworks and good practices that can be adapted to different sectors, operating environments, and risk contexts.
Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how Tabletop Exercises can support preparedness, resilience, and continuous improvement within their organisations.
The webinar is designed for professionals involved in risk management, crisis management, business continuity, security, emergency planning, resilience, and organisational preparedness.
