Milena is a recognised thought leader in resilience, with over 15 years of experience across financial services, brokerage, law and real estate. She currently serves as Head of Business Continuity & Resilience, EMEA at BGC Group and Cantor Fitzgerald, and is the Founder of ResilienceArc.
She has deep expertise in business continuity, crisis management, risk governance and enterprise resilience. As a trusted board advisor and active member of BCI, ISACA, SASIG and the Virtue Community at The Hacking Games, Milena is widely respected for turning complex risks into clear, actionable strategies.
She is committed to helping organisations and individuals unlock their potential by fostering a culture of preparedness, adaptability and resilience. She drives collaboration, shapes thought leadership and promotes the visibility and practice of strategic risk management across industries.
