James is the Founder and Managing Director of JMS Risk Solutions and brings nearly two decades of experience in security, risk and resilience. His career spans senior leadership and high-level advisory roles, supporting complex and high-profile organisations in navigating today’s dynamic threat landscape.
He has led national and international security operations, enterprise risk programmes and resilience strategies for globally recognised brands across a range of sectors, including public, private, corporate, retail, technology and hospitality. Renowned for his calm leadership in high-pressure environments, James blends strategic insight with operational expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes and lasting value.
James holds an MBA in Risk and Resilience and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP)—a credential regarded globally as the benchmark in security management. As a fully registered consultant and full member of the Association of Security Consultants (ASC), he is widely respected for his integrity, discretion and commitment to the highest professional standards.
