Dr. Fayadh Alenezi is an independent strategy consultant and academic leader specializing in governance, risk management, and business continuity. He is a Certified Presilience Practitioner and serves as Regional Lead for the Institute of Presilience, working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and adaptive performance.
Recognized among the top 2% of scientists worldwide (2023–2025), Dr. Alenezi is renowned for advancing institutional resilience through data-driven insights, practical frameworks, and the design of high-impact governance and risk systems. His work enables sustained performance in complex environments, reflecting a strong commitment to building resilient organizations and communities.
