The Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM) has expanded its Middle East network with the addition of the Palestine Chapter, joining its growing network of chapters across the region, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
The Chapter will support ISRM’s work in advancing strategic risk thinking, resilience and professional development across the region. It will provide a platform for practitioners to connect, exchange expertise and strengthen risk management capability across both public and private sectors.
Chapter Chair: Tareq Ghosheh
Tareq Ghosheh is Deputy CEO of New Falcon Private Security Services and brings over 25 years of experience in security management, risk management and engineering. He has held senior roles in Palestine and the United States across security operations and organisational management. In 2006, he co-founded the first private security company in Palestine and has since remained active in advancing professional standards in the sector. He has been a member of ASIS International since 2012.
Chapter Vice-Chair: Ibrahim Abu Elbeh
Ibrahim Abu Elbeh is a risk management professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He has extensive expertise in enterprise risk management, market and liquidity, operational risk, sustainability and organizational resilience, supporting the advancement of governance and risk management practices across financial institutions.
Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of risk and resilience initiatives, supporting the development of effective governance frameworks and risk management practices. He is also actively involved in professional development, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that contribute to strengthening risk management capabilities across multiple sectors within the region.
