As 2026 begins, ISRM welcomes new leadership in Indonesia and across the Asia-Pacific, bringing fresh expertise and a renewed focus on connecting global best practices with local insights.
Yohanes Jeffry Johary becomes ISRM APAC President, succeeding Ian Leonard Betts. As President and Managing Director of OCS Indonesia, he leads 13,000 employees across 1,800 sites, focusing on innovation, sustainability and employee wellbeing. With over 18 years in senior leadership and active involvement in BritCham and AmCham Indonesia, Jeffry brings a people-centred approach aligned with ISRM’s values of ethical, resilient and impactful leadership.
John Herzog takes on the role of Chair of ISRM Indonesia. With more than 25 years of experience in risk management, compliance, consulting and international development, John has been deeply engaged in Indonesia since 2012. He has guided multinational organisations, government-linked programmes and complex regional operations, most recently leading ASEAN-wide research initiatives on topics including countering violent extremism. Previously a senior leader at McKinsey & Company and Control Risks, he now advises global clients while advancing ISRM’s mission to combine global expertise with local understanding.
Together, John and Jeffry bring renewed energy and expertise to ISRM’s ongoing work across Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region, and we are looking forward to working together to further develop ISRM’s presence and activities across the region.
