Critical Infrastructure Risk and Crisis Managemenet in the New Reality

The Third International Scientific and Professional Conference: Critical Infrastructure Risk and Crisis Management in the New Reality will take place on 16th – 17th October 2025 at the Falkensteiner Hotel in Belgrade, Serbia.

Organized by the Center for Risk Analysis and Crisis Management (CARUK), founded and presided over by Dr Zoran Keković, ISRM South East Europe Chapter Chair, with the support of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, the conference will gather decision-makers, government representatives, academic experts and private sector leaders to address current threats and practical solutions for critical infrastructure resilience.

The programme will also feature an interactive exercise on “The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Risk and Crisis Management”, exploring how AI can support threat assessment, crisis response and decision-making.
