The ISRM North America Hub is pleased to welcome Edward Colson as Chair of the ISRM West Coast Chapter.
Ed brings over a decade of expertise in disaster preparedness, emergency management and business continuity planning for nonprofits, businesses and public agencies across North America. As President of Ready Northwest, he provides strategic leadership on risk, resilience and crisis management, helping organizations maintain operations, protect staff and serve their communities during crises.
Throughout his career, Ed has supported regional nonprofits, healthcare organizations and public institutions in strengthening emergency response and long-term recovery capabilities. He is also a sought-after speaker and advisor on preparedness, continuity and leadership during disruption, with a particular focus on organizations serving vulnerable populations.
We are delighted to have Ed leading the West Coast Chapter and advancing ISRM’s mission to strengthen strategic risk management across the region.
