Andrea Chedas and Danielle Weddepohl of the ISRM Canada Chapter are featured in The Women in Security documentary. Their perspectives appear alongside those of women from around the world in a film that highlights resilience, leadership and innovation in security and risk management.
The documentary premiered to a full audience in Chicago, with its San Diego screening on 31st July 2025. It presents the experiences of women working across cybersecurity, intelligence, protective services and physical security, bringing forward stories that are often overlooked.
What began as a film has developed into a wider initiative, amplifying women’s voices, challenging stereotypes and encouraging future leaders. The inclusion of Andrea and Danielle reflects ISRM’s commitment to an inclusive professional community where diverse perspectives are recognised as a source of strength.
