Global Risk Management Day Event

ISRM Executive Director Dr David Rubens has been invited to be a featured speaker at the Global Risk Management Day Conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the Fukushima tsunami on March 11th 2011.

As a fluent Japanese speaker, reader and writer, David had access to documents that were not widely available to non-Japanese researchers, and used that as a basis for a report that he released six weeks after the Fukushima disaster.
