In the security sector there has been a tendency to view a crisis as an opportunity for professionals to show their true value; this is borne out by prior webinars. But the key group in any crisis, at least as far as organisations are concerned is business continuity professionals. We have heard in previous webinars both of a very good rapport in some circumstances to empire building (by either party) on the other. So, just how has the relationship panned out? And what should the relationship look like? Is one set of expertise more important than the other? In this webinar we will discuss the following:

  • To what extent is this crisis enhancing the roles of security on the one hand and business continuity on the other?
  • What are the key learning points for each party and what needs to change?
  • What does the ideal relationship look like? Who should be in charge?
