Security & Resilience Manager

We have a new vacancy for an energetic and proactive Security & Resilience Manager to ensure the protection of our people, environment, assets and reputation from criminal activity, malicious acts and unwanted events across our multiple sites, nationwide.


Reporting to the Head of Risk & Assurance, with a dotted line into the Group Security and Resilience team, you support their function, the Security & Resilience Management System (SRMS) across all our UK Operations. Collaborating with our operational sites, you’ll provide hands-on support and advice regarding their security needs. You’ll monitor and respond to potential and actual events, provide advice and support the implementation of security measures and other recommendations. You’ll also work on a variety of projects and project initiatives across the business resilience spectrum, assessing and mitigating risks.


The candidate will need to be flexible to travel nationwide responding to business needs (estimated 60% travel nationwide)
