We are proud to announce that ISRM has became a partner at Second Annual Corporate Security Modernization Forum: The Talent Pipeline. Together with International Professional Security Association (IPSA), we'll lead a panel on education and certifications.
The conference focus is "Bringing People In, Bringing People On".
That will look at how we can attract the next generation, can support them in their recruitment and initial involvement, and then support their on-going career development.
Radical Recruit will talk about the new approaches they are bringing to their recruitment strategies; Women's Security Society will talk about what associations can do to make changes; Clarity Factory and Rachel Briggs OBE Briggs will talk about a recent ED&I study. EY Secure Futures, Skills for Security and the Security Industry Authority will also be discussing industry changes and their plans for the future.
The afternoon session will explore issues concerning supporting the people already in the industry. IFPO UK & Ireland (International Foundation for Protection Officers) will discuss mentoring and allyship. International Professional Security Association (IPSA) and The Institute of Strategic Risk Management will lead a panel on education and certifications, followed by a summing up of the day and then networking drinks.
