Join us for the first-ever conference looking at the emergent threats that will be facing between now and 2030. This conference is bringing future leaders together with world-renowned experts to highlight the complexity of global crisis in 2030. Are you ready?

The Institute of Strategic Risk Management (ISRM) is holding its first major conference entitled Crisis 2030 – Are We Ready?, which will be hosted by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) at their headquarters in Geneva on 14th November. This event is open to the public and free of charge.

The aim of the conference is to examine the nature of the challenges that we will be facing as crises become ever more frequent and impactful. The conference will bring together global academics, experts, practitioners, policy-makers and leaders across government, international organisations and the corporate sector to share knowledge and experience - as well as to challenge and be challenged.

  • The four principal themes this conference will explore are:
  • Hyper-Urbanisation - Cities at Risk
  • Cyber and AI - An Exponential Threat
  • Standards and Policies – A New Chapter Begins (The ISO have recently announced a new International Standard (ISO22361) which will be produced covering organisational crisis management- a presentation will be made by the project leader)
  • Crisis Leadership- What will be the profile of our future crisis leaders?
